I was aware of this place because of watching LeeAnne Wong on Top Chef. It was so good! What a wonderful brunch experience. Flavorful and quality food. The cornflake French toast was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The creamy maple syrup gravy was a different take. Then the Frosted Flakes ice cream was the icing on the cake. Not too sweet and the cereal ice cream is what we need. Also bacon was such a great touch. The Koko Moco was great. Wasn't my favorite but a lot of food. The crispy rice on the bottom was solid. The tempura kimchi and the runny egg were perfect. I was a bit far from this location from my hotel, but worth the trip.

Don buri chen: 4/5 - the pork by itself is a bit salty and dry but if you mix all the ingredients in the bowl, the flavors all mesh really well, I also added hot sauce to further elevate the dish Koko moco: 2.5/5 - the best thing about this dish was the crispy garlic rice, otherwise meat and gravy were underwhelming, wouldn't recommend Breakfast congee: 3.5/5 - if you like porridge, this is a must try, flavors and texture were on point but needed soy sauce Ohayou Eggs: 4.5/5 - this was the group's favorite, it was like a creamy egg dip with mushrooms and ham, bonito flakes complemented all the flavors really well, wish it came with more sourdough bread though Hashbrowns: 5/5 - best hashbrown I've ever had, seasoned and cooked to perfection

Koko Head Cafe is always full of customers for a reason it's legit. The vibe, service, and food is always on point. I came for the dumplings, but they were sold out already. I selected the Koko Loco Moco, and it was delicious. The presentation was really nice and the food was great. The gravy and the patty were perfect. I will always be a fan of Koko Head Cafe. Parking can be a challenge, but there is a parking lot across the street and only .75 for an hour. Support local and Kamaki, visit Koko Head Cafe. You won't be disappointed.
